There are 4,561 properties for sale in Naples, Florida of all types, single family, condo and villas (Sunshine MLS Data). Say you just love Naples and must have that bay view, not just a canal or golf course lake view but a bay view with oh that relaxing feeling you get when you look out at the wide water.
Also imagine condos are not for you. Your really want your own single family home. Maybe condos feel too much like work travel and all those hotel room stays (my problem) or you have trouble “sharing a wall” or ceiling or floor with someone. Ok, ok let’s just look for single family homes then. We will set aside villas for now (A nice option I think) because you just must have a single family home.
What about your budget? Well let’s say $1,000,000 is your limit. Perfectly understandable. One million dollars is a lot of money.
Let’s also say you don’t care about floor plan (unlikely) and you do not care (so much) when the house was built or that it might not be close to old Naples (maybe Marco Island or up in Bonita beach would be ok.
