My goal as a Realtor is to help my customers in the following four ways:
- Value – I will work with you, listen carefully, and understand your needs to find the best property match and value for your dollar.
- Negotiation – I will do my best to negotiate the sales process for you to reach a successful conclusion. There are many good opportunities in the market today such as short sales, foreclosures, and deep discounting. I can bring effective techniques to the negotiating process in today’s unique environment.
- Reduce Stress – Buying a home can be a stressful process. By paying close attention to detail I strive to make our business relationship as stress free as possible. I am readily accessible by phone and email to answer questions and issues.
- Timeline – I will work with your timeframe – not everyone else’s – to meet or exceed your expectations.
I was born and raised in Hudson, Ohio and received my degree from DePauw University in 1979. My husband Mark and I lived in Grosse Pointe, Mi for eighteen years where our 2 wonderful sons were born. A job transfer took us to Lake Forest, IL for the next ten years and we now reside in Naples full time.
This is our home. Since the 1970’s we have visited or owned properties in Naples. I have worked in Naples real estate since 2008 and enjoy using my knowledge of Naples and Collier County to help my customers. I have certifications in home staging and environmental concepts to provide more information and value to my customers.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading, almost all outdoor activities including boating, golf and tennis. I also spend time volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, Naples Botanic Garden, my neighborhood and my church.
David Goebel, Realtor
David Goebel is a top 10 in SW Florida Realtor at the Coldwell Banker 5th Avenue office, and proud resident of Naples, Fl. Originally born in Grosse Pointe outside of Detroit, and raised North of Chicago in Lake Forest, he has been visiting his family’s home in Naples his entire life. After earning a bachelor’s degree in management at Ferris State University in Michigan, David moved to Naples full time in 2008. He loves Naples and enjoys sharing it with new prospective buyers from out of town as well as giving back through various events he co-chairs and groups. Besides real estate and philanthropy, David is passionate about sailing, fishing, bicycling and raising his family in the sunshine state.

I have always loved the water, from Lake Michigan to the outer banks of North Carolina. Job transfers and family opportunities took us to St Louis where we raised 3 wonderful children. After a family wedding brought me to Naples, I fell in love with the area and had to stay. I love being able to be outside, playing tennis, running with my dogs or volunteering at the Naples Botanical Garden. I look forward to showing others the opportunity to call Naples home.

Megan Goebel, Transactional Coordinator
As the Marketing Director and Transactional Coordinator, I work with each one of our buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth close. Additionally, I work on marketing for our company, including social media, our blog, and our newsletter.
I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Communication and soon after, moved to Naples, Florida. I began working for Gartner, an IT research company located in Ft. Myers, Florida. I have fallen in love with Naples, Florida and all that it has to offer – the boating, palm trees, beautiful beaches, playing tennis year round, and raising our son here. I love tennis, musicals, and mexican food.
