As part of our ongoing review of the Naples market we will take a look at Aqualane Shores this morning – all data from the Sunshine MLS system.
On our website in the community section you will see Aqualane Shores described as a charming community perfectly situated between Port Royal and Old Naples. The development of Aqualane Shores, which is made up of approximately 350 homes and homesites, most of which are waterfront, began in the late 1960’s. The majority of older homes have been renovated or replaced with larger homes and estates.
Much of the land in Aqualane Shores is bordered by canals, permitting residents direct access by boat to Naples Bay, the Gulf of Mexico and the 10,000 Islands. This community is walking distance to shopping, dining and the beach.

There are an additional five properties pending sale. 34 single family properties have sold here in the last year giving an inventory of 6.7 months which should be supportive of prices going forward.

Why not build exactly what you want at these prices starting out with a lot location you like? There are five lots for sale ranging from $2,150,000 to $4,350,000. There are many builders again active in the area and building here may be a good option for you.
