Well no one on the Naples Best Addresses team promised calmer times this year and wow what a start to the year January was. The Naples real estate market continued to expand, buyers were looking for more advice in a tight market, the equity markets though us for a loop and new construction is starting to flex its muscle. Take a look at these headlines from the past week.

On Monday we explored if all these properties were really selling near their asking prices and discovered some interesting results:

On Tuesday we looked at the matching business and how we work with buyers to help them find what they want in this tight market

On Wednesday we divulged our advice to buyers today and the things they should know before buying here in Naples, Florida

On Thursday we looked at the stock market pull back and tried to determine if the pullback was hurting local real estate.
