Investing in Naples Real estate today often means you buy a place, renovate and then sell or rent the property when finished. This past month we focused on properties in the Royal Harbor area – on the water, reasonable scarcity of inventory compared with past years to support prices, close to Olde Naples and for boaters, an easy ride down the bay and out to the Gulf of Mexico.
We thought we would provide an example this morning of one finished project in Royal Harbor – a property with a new price reduction. … here is the description they provide in the MLS.
“Beautifully and extensively renovated in 2010 the home is mostly brand new. This lovely waterfront with direct access to Naples Bay and minutes to the Gulf, is a boaters’ dream. This home has been transformed into a luxurious, elegant and relaxing furnished vacation or year-round home. The interior is a spacious open floor plan/cathedral ceiling designed living room, dining and kitchen combination with 3 BR and 2 BA. The kitchen has rich dark wood kitchen cabinets, exotic design granite top and high-end S/S appliances & brushed finishes. The Master/ Guest bedrooms have views overlooking the patio/ pool area and water or garden. Accented with a tropical landscape throughout the property blends to a newly circular paver driveway & 2 parking spaces. The rear patio/pool area has newly installed pavers, coping, tile trim & resurfaced pool. The waterfront mahogany deck/ pilings includes both a new 9K lb boat and dual jet ski lift. A must see! (Original home built 1959)Forwarding this email to all visiting agents and letting you know the price for property 1443 Marlin DR. in Royal Harbor is being reduced to $1,298,000 and advertising this reduction in the Friday edition of the Naples Daily News, front page of the “Real Estate Preview”.
We’ve walked through the property and talked with the owner and selling agent and learned more about their approach to investing in Naples real estate. If you are interested in real estate investing in Naples and would like to learn more about the process let us know. We can show you this neighborhood as well as others where investors are renovating again.
Have a great weekend!
