One year ago the median Naples property sold for $315,000. This month we are at $348,000 for a very nice 10.48% pop in year over year prices. NABOR Report: Sales Up, Prices Remain Flat in SWFL
Sales were up in February, the organization reports, as inventories have increased and prices have remained largely flat, giving buyers not only more options, but a stronger position to buy from. Read more here.
Naples, Florida, Remains Top US Metro for Well-Being
Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island, Florida, residents had the highest well-being of the 189 communities Gallup and Healthways surveyed in 2015-2016, claiming the top spot for the second year in a row. Read more here.
