How about this Naples summer weather! Life in the sub tropical climate with steady low 90’ s heat and so much to do outdoors. I know, I know some of my northern friends say it is too hot and humid but I will trade these quiet Naples summer days for all my old up north winter days.
Why not change-up your lifestyle, come down here for the “warm hug” of the sub tropics and join us in the Florida sunshine? The real estate market here is as hot as the weather with sales volumes at a six-year high. Sales in Naples are moving quickly these days – even with the end of tourism season and the approach of summer the year-rounders and European tourists are making up the difference. The town is alive.
